🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
1) Customers are allowed to check the product in front of the delivery person before accepting it.
2) If you find any problem at the time of delivery, you may return the product immediately by paying the delivery charge.
3) No complaints will be accepted after receiving the product and the delivery agent has left.
4) In case of shoe size issues, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange a replacement (subject to availability).
5) Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
6) Discounted or offer items are not eligible for return or refund.
7) Delivery charges are non-refundable in all cases.
